Foti, Jr., Esq., announces that the law firm of Kahn Swick &#038; Foti LLC (KSF), of which he is a partner, has opened an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/live-nation-investigation-initiated-by-former-louisiana-attorney-general-kahn-swick--foti-llc-investigates-the-officers-and-directors-of-live-nation-entertainment-inc---lyv-302097473.html\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\">investigation<\/a> into Live Nation Entertainment. KSF\u2019s investigation focuses on whether Live Nation\u2019s officers or directors breached their fiduciary duties to its shareholders or otherwise violated state or federal laws.<\/p>\n<p>A securities <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalmusicnews.com\/2023\/08\/09\/live-nation-faces-class-action-investor-lawsuit-over-anti-competitive-business-practices\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" rel=\"follow\">class action lawsuit<\/a> was filed against Live Nation and certain executives in August 2023, alleging that the defendants made \u201cmaterially false and\/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the company\u2019s business, operations, and prospects.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>Namely, the lawsuit asserts that Live Nation failed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalmusicnews.com\/2022\/01\/06\/ticketmaster-live-nation-monopoly-lawsuit\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" rel=\"follow\">disclose its anticompetitive conduct<\/a>, including charging high fees and extended contracts with talent, as well as retaliating against venues. As a result, the company was \u201creasonably likely to incur regulatory scrutiny\u201d and face fines and penalties.
