But which sides have never been relegated from the top-flight?
In total, only seven teams have never experienced relegation from the Premier League.
One of these is Brighton, however, it is worth pointing out that the Seagulls entered the Premier League for the first time in 2017/18.
The remaining six sides have stayed in the Premier League since its inception over 30 years ago.
Chelsea have been in the top-flight of English football since the 1989/90 season and have won 5 league titles in that time.
Tottenham have never been relegated from the Premier League, with their status in the top tier secured since 1978/79.
Next, Manchester United, who have won the most Premier League titles (13), have been in the top-flight since 1975/76.
Liverpool have also never been relegated from the Premier League, staying in the top-flight since 1962/63.
Next up and somewhat surprisingly, Everton have also never been relegated from the Premier League, and hold the second-best record for longest time without a relegation. The Toffees have been in Division 1/PL since all the way back in 1954/55.
Finally, Arsenal hold the record for longest time without any form of relegation. The Gunners’ spot in England’s premier league has been secured since 1919/20.
