Thursday, February 9, from 12.00 to At 14.00, the sixteenth and this year’s second job fair will be held at the Riga Support Center for Ukrainians, Amatu Street 4. 10 companies will participate in it, offering a total of 114 vacancies in various sectors.
Riga capital companies are also participating in the job exchange this year with job offers. This time, Riga 1st Hospital will be looking for various medical professionals: doctors, nurses, and paramedics. Also, the Riga Health Center and the Paula Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital will offer jobs to specialists in the medical field.
Several municipal authorities will also participate in the job exchange. The Children and Youth Center of the Riga municipality and the Riga shelter will present their job offers.
Also, the supermarket chain “Rimi” will return to the job exchange, which will present various job opportunities. The international airport “Riga” will present the opportunities to work in the field of aviation. SIA “Baltic wood trading” will offer its vacancies in woodworking, SIA “ASTARO” will offer a tailor’s job, while water well service SIA “Lobanov” will invite drilling operators.
More than 100 companies participated in the previous 15 job fairs, offering around 3,500 vacancies to Ukrainian civilians. Currently, more than 600 Ukrainians are employed in these companies.
Entrepreneurs who are ready to offer jobs to Ukrainian civilians in the next job fairs at the Riga Support Center are invited to fill out a questionnaire about the offered vacancies.
