On February 10, another fight show “LVBET KSPROFL Fight Night 2” will take place in “Tower” night club, portal balticevents.info informs.
In the course of the evening, 12 fights according to the rules of MMA and boxing are planned, as well as a fight with bare fists.
As part of the show, athletes such as Raitis Helmanis, Daniëls Freibergs, Dans Bukovskis, Vadims Skrebelis, Daniels Lapiņš, Kristiāns Zvirbulis, Artjoms Turčinjaks and many other wrestlers from Salaspils, Riga, Ogre, Pļaviņas, Cēsis, Jūrmala, Jelgava and Bauska will climb into the cage.
In the main fight of the evening, Leonid Korolyov and Daniël Freiberg will meet. The fight will take place for the championship title according to MMA rules, where athletes will fight for the belt in the weight category up to 77 kilograms.
“KSPROFL” or “Kings Of Streets professional fighters league” – the authors of the idea, as well as the founders, are Kaspars Rūtiņš and Roberts Rāviņš. The organizers of the event want to help and give local athletes the opportunity to develop, as well as popularize combat sports in Latvia.
“Nevertheless, the plans for the future are big, including attracting athletes from Europe, as well as many countries around the world,” says Roberts Rāviņš.
“The principles of choosing wrestlers are very simple. Preference is given to good athletes who are ready to be fully involved in the process and are ready to develop together. We also accept people without previous competition experience, finding an honest and equal opponent in return” – said Kaspars Rūtiņš.
