Following the arrest of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs on racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges, his long-time PR strategist appears to have resigned.
Nathalie Moar has helped Diddy cultivate his public image for more than 20 years, but emails Digital Music News sent to her Combs’ Enterprise now auto-respond with “THIS EMAIL IS NO LONGER ACTIVE.” The Daily Mail reports that her phone number has been disconnected as well.
Speaking anonymously, a source close to the situation said: “Nathalie is gone. She is 100% gone. She quit today and had no other choice. She had to quit what else was she going to do? This situation left her with no other option.”
“Diddy was her entire world. She will surely be deposed for this if she has not been already. She has most likely had her cell phone confiscated—who knows what is on there,” that source continues. Moar is an Australian native who moved to New York City to begin her career as a commercial photographer. She was hand-picked by Diddy in the late 90s to manage his leadership team and has been with him since.
Her last tweet was from September 2023 and is a retweet of Diddy celebrating a puff piece published in The New York Times last year when the mogul was still riding high. “Combs is not in his accolades era. Last year, he received a lifetime achievement honor at the BET Awards. This week, it’s the global icon award at the VMAs. The disrupter has become the establishment,” reads an excerpt from that puff piece Moar helped place. Moar simply captioned the feature with the hashtag #moarmagic.

Nathalie Moar served as Executive Vice President of Communications at Combs Enterprises. She played an extensive role in helping to shape his public image and his business portfolio—which began with his fashion label Sean John in 1998. Moar was also instrumental in the launch of Sean John’s fragrance lines, the Cîroc Vodka line, and the Bad Boy Reunion Tour.
Moar has embraced Diddy and stuck by the rapper even in the wake of the Cassie Ventura lawsuit and subsequent video leak. She also delivered statements from Diddy attorneys after the FBI raided the rapper’s Los Angeles and Miami homes. Moar’s Instagram bio currently reads ‘ON VACATION.’
