Sequel novel series launched in 2022

Dengeki Bunko is listing that Kuji Furumiya‘s Unnamed Memory -after the end- light novel series will end in the eighth volume on December 17. Kadokawa will publish the seventh volume on November 17.
Dengeki Bunko will also publish an art book titled Unnamed Memory Archives –chibi art works- in December.
Furumiya (A Pale Moon Reverie, Babel) began serializing the Unnamed Memory story on the “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” website in September 2012, but the story is no longer available on the platform. Kadokawa began publishing the novels in print with illustrations by chibi in January 2019. The main Unnamed Memory novel series has six volumes that Kadokawa published between 2019 and 2021, and an “Extra” volume shipped on February 16 earlier this year.
Kadokawa started publishing the Unnamed Memory -after the end- light novel series in February 2022, and published the sixth volume in May 2025. Kadokawa published an “Extra” volume that also shipped on February 16.
Yen Press is releasing both the original light novel series and its manga adaptation in English, and it describes the series:

Naoki Koshimizu launched the manga adaptation of the novels in Kadokawa‘s Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine in September 2020.
The novels inspired a television anime series that debuted in April 2024. The anime’s second season, titled Unnamed Memory Act.2, debuted in January 2025. Crunchyroll streamed both seasons as they aired.
