Kid Cudi unlocks pre-orders and teases the cover art for his highly-anticipated upcoming album, ‘Insano,’ out in September from Republic Records.
Grammy Award-winning artist Kid Cudi has unlocked pre-orders for his much-anticipated ninth studio album, “Insano.” Additionally, he revealed four cover art variations featuring artwork by designer KAWS. Kid Cudi’s first full-length release since 2022, “Insano,” is one of the most anticipated records this year.
Cudi initially set the stage for the album with the release of his single, “Porsche Topless,” which has quickly become a fan favorite with 7.9 million Spotify streams. The track “celebrates the good times” with “bouncy production and a carefree hook” as a “fun and upbeat summer anthem.”
Meanwhile, Cudi and the Cleveland Guardians have announced their partnership for Kid Cudi Day on Friday, September 22, 2023. The event will be held at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio, as the Guardians play host to the Baltimore Orioles in a celebration of the release of “Insano” and to honor Cudi’s work in the Cleveland community.
Kid Cudi’s 2022 release “Entergalactic” landed in tandem with the companion Netflix project of the same name and was recently nominated for an Emmy award. It debuted in the Top 15 of the Billboard 200. It emerged as his seventh Top 20 debut, earning a nomination in the category of “Outstanding Soundtrack/Compilation Album” at the NAACP Image Awards.
