LATVIA: While winter is playing hide and seek with us this year, the days on the calendar are rapidly replacing each other. February is here, which only means that spring is no longer behind the mountains and with it the ambitious and most feminine event of the year, the inspiration and growth event “Forums LĪDERE”. As usual, it will take place during the lilac blossoming period – on May 16 – and for the eighth time will bring together active Latvian women, who will spend a warm, feminine and unforgettable day together.
“Forums LĪDERE” has become an anticipated event, which is attended by more and more ladies every year. It was first held in May 2018, gathering 600 women in the premises of the “Splendid Palace” cinema. In recent years, the spacious premises of the Ķīpsala exhibition hall have become the home of “Forums LĪDERE”, which are destroyed beyond recognition on the day of the event. Last year, 3,000 ladies focused on growth and inspiration gathered there. Therefore, it can be safely said that this is the grandest women’s festival in Latvia. This year, on May 16, “Forums LĪDERE” will also take place at the Ķīpsala Exhibition Hall, gathering the largest number of visitors in history – 3,500 ladies, who will be able to listen to the stories of experienced lecturers throughout the day and enjoy various surprises from the first minute of the event.
This year, 16 charismatic, wise and inspiring lecturers will take to the big stage of “Forums LĪDERE” to talk about personal and professional growth, as well as family and relationships. Among them will be, for example, politician Sandra Kalniete, writer Nora Ikstena, musician Māra Upmane-Holšteine, stylist Žanna Dubska, priest Andrejs Mediņš, Director of the Emergency Medical Service Liene Cipule, businesswoman Ieva Plaude, financier and businesswoman Irīna Pīgozne and many others, who can be found on the event website forumslidere.lv. The topics of the speakers will also be announced gradually.
Although there are a little more than three months left until the event, the number of tickets is rapidly decreasing. Currently, 95% of the places have been reserved, so the organizers of “Forum LĪDERE” call on you not to postpone registration for the event until the last minute. The media are also invited not to postpone registration for the forum.
