Spring is the beginning of everything new – the moment when nature awakens and we also have the energy to go, do, laugh, achieve our goals and fulfill our dreams. However, spring has been bringing something special to Latvian women for the eighth year – “Forum LĪDERE”. In just a month and a half, on May 16, this event of inspiration and growth will take place in the Ķīpsala Exhibition Hall, which becomes grander and more full of surprises every year. This year, 3,500 ladies will participate, who will be able to enjoy the fantastic atmosphere of the forum, surprises and stories of 16 wise lecturers throughout the day.
This year’s “Forum LĪDERE” program is also divided into three parts. The first of them is dedicated to women’s professional growth. Politician and writer Sandra Kalniete will share her vision of what makes us who we are and how can the lowest points in life make us personalities? We will seek answers to the ever-current questions of how to resolve conflicts and why they arise in the first place, together with Baiba Strupiš, an expert in the anatomy of conflicts. Singer Māra Upmane-Holšteine will reveal whether doubts can be part of the process and even success. NMPD director Liene Cipule will encourage each of us to answer the question of how you feel in your own shoes. Growth coach Kristīne Vilcāne will share her transformation story, where one moment turns life upside down.
The second part of the event is dedicated to relationships, family and interaction. Financier and entrepreneur Irīna Pīgozne will answer whether we are able to change our thinking and create a relationship with money that gives freedom, not limits. Professor and cardiologist Kārlis Trušinskis will draw attention to a very important topic – women’s heart health and how to take care of it in time. Entrepreneur Ieva Plaude will make us think about the fact that age is not just a number in a passport. Sexologist Arturs Šulcs will help you better understand intimacy, sensuality and relationship dynamics. Business leader Inga Korneliusa will share a personal story about how her intended life story has changed and how to find strength in great difficulties?
Meanwhile, the final or third part of “Forum LĪDERE” is dedicated to the personal growth of women. It will be opened by stylist Žanna Dubska with a story about the ages of women’s pleasure. Medical student Anna Dobele, singer and musician Marta Korneliusa, as well as criminologist and activist Anna Pīgozne will share their special letter to their mother. Meanwhile, priest Andrejs Mediņš will give the forum visitors a word of advice.
In addition to presentations by 16 charismatic lecturers, visitors will be treated to various performances throughout the day, as well as surprises organized by “Forum LĪDERE” partners. Currently, there are literally the last tickets available for this event, so the forum organizers invite you to reserve your place in time and not leave it until the last minute.
