Georgia vs Cyprus – 14:00

Currently the two bottom sides in Group A, Georgia and Cyprus will both view this game as one of their best chances to get some points in a group that contains Spain, an in-form Scotland and a talented Norway.

Many expected more from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s Georgia in this qualifying campaign but they have managed only four points and need to win here to go level with Norway. Cyprus seem doomed without a point nn six games. Things look very bleak for both sides.

Norway vs Spain – 19:45

Spain’s win over Scotland was crucial / Anadolu Agency/GettyImages

Perhaps the two teams expected to be at the top of this group, Norway and Spain actually find themselves trailing behind Scotland. It’s Spain that have the best chance of qualification as they sit ahead of Norway having played a game less, and their win against Scotland on Thursday helped reel the league leaders in.

Nonetheless, they are still three points behind Scotland with a game in hand and face a Norway side knowing defeat in Oslo would make it incredibly hard to grab second place in the group. With Spain in great form, the odds are stacked against Erling Haaland’s team.

Turkey vs Latvia – 19:45

Turkey are on track to make Euro 2024 / Anadolu Agency/GettyImages

This should be one of the easiest games to predict out of Sunday action, with Turkey being at the top of Group D and Latvia sitting at the bottom with little to no chance of making the Euro 2024 cut.

Turkey secured an absolutely crucial win away against Croatia on Thursday night with Baris Alper Yilmaz scoring the game’s only goal. That win takes them three points ahead of Croatia in what looks like a two-way fight for top spot, but the Croatians do have a game in hand.

Latvia have just three points from six games and it will take quite a remarkable upturn in form for them to have any real impact in this group during the remaining games.

Wales vs Croatia – 19:45

This qualifying group really hasn’t gone the way Rob Page’s Wales would have hoped. They find themselves with the odds stacked against them, but not without hope. Being fourth at this stage with seven points doesn’t sound good, but a win at home to Croatia would take them level on points with their opponents.

Croatia could leave Wales behind if they are able to get three points in Cardiff on Sunday, making it a fight between the 2018 World Cup runners-up, Turkey and Armenia.

Czechia vs Faroe Islands – 17:00

This is a much bigger game for one team than the other. Czechia are still in with a decent chance of making the Euros as they come into this game one point away from Poland in second place, having played a game less.

Facing the Faroe Islands at home is the easiest match in the group given the minnows have just one point from six games and no hope of qualification. They are playing for pride, while Czechia have a proper job to get done in Plzen. The 3-0 loss to Albania did not help on Thursday, but serious hope still remains.

Poland vs Moldova – 19:45

Poland will have expected to hold a much tighter grip on qualification at this stage given the other teams in the group, but the quality of Albania and their own shortcomings means there is plenty of work still to do.

They are four points behind Albania coming into this one, having played the same number of games, and are also without injured Barcelona forward Robert Lewandowski. By winning here, Poland can potentially take Moldova out of the qualification equation but there are a handful of games still to play.

Switzerland vs Belarus – 17:00

Switzerland are unbeaten so far / FABRICE COFFRINI/GettyImages

Switzerland are looking in pretty good stead to qualify for Euro 2024 as they come into this clash with Belarus at the top of the group. It is one of the six-team groups but it might get complicated soon with Israel’s games being postponed.

Belarus have just five points from their seven matches and won’t qualify, leaving Switzerland looking to use this match as a chance to build their slender lead over Romania at the top of Group I. Belarus picked up a credible draw against Romania on Thursday which did the Swiss a favour.

Romania vs Andorra – 19:45

Romania need to bounce back / ATTILA KISBENEDEK/GettyImages

As mentioned, Romania are towards the top of the group and a serious contender for qualification. However, they only managed a disappointing draw with Belarus last time out and can’t have another slip-up like that against Andorra.

Andorra sit at the bottom of the group with only two points from seven games so there is no hope for them in a big-picture sense. Romania need to put in an efficient display to get back on track.
