Chris Brown, Yella Breezy, and Live Nation face a $50 million lawsuit over an alleged assault during the 11:11 tour stop in Fort Worth.

Chris Brown and Yella Breezy, as well as a man from Brown’s entourage called Sinko Ceej, and Live Nation have been hit with a $50 million lawsuit from four men who allege that Brown arranged an assault on them during the artists’ Fort Worth, Texas stop on Brown’s 11:11 Tour. The four plaintiffs — Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell — have also filed restraining orders against the three men.

According to the plaintiffs, they were invited to go backstage to meet Chris Brown, who “took his time” arriving at the VIP area where they were waiting. The men were about to leave until Brown finally showed up, and Charles Bush says he went to shake Brown’s hand to congratulate him. It was then that someone from Brown’s entourage yelled, “Man, you don’t remember you two were beefing?”

Brown allegedly seemed to appreciate the handshake before being reminded of the supposed beef, to which he is said to have replied, “Oh yeah, we were. What’s up, n—a? I don’t forget s—t.” Bush says Brown then directed between seven and 10 men from his crew to assault Bush, including someone called Hood Boss purportedly throwing a chair at his head.

Bush then says Brown told Yella Beezy and other men to “f—k up” Parker, who claims he was beaten for over 10 minutes, while Brown encouraged everyone in his entourage to partake. All four men claimed they sustained injuries resulting from the attack and required medical treatment afterward. According to attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents the plaintiffs, one of the men is still hospitalized due to his injuries.

“Multiple police reports have been made,” Buzbee writes on Instagram. “Chris Brown reportedly has a long history of violence and has been arrested or accused of assault on at least ten occasions,” he adds. “The lawsuit The Buzbee Law Firm has filed seeks damages on behalf of the four men brutalized, with the hope of obtaining justice for these victims and putting an end, once and for all, to the intolerable and thuggish behavior set forth in the lawsuit.”

In addition to the $50 million in damages, the plaintiffs also filed restraining orders against Chris Brown, Yella Breezy, and Sinko Ceej. Representatives for Chris Brown and Yella Beezy have not responded to media requests for comment.
