Barcelona’s Nike third kit for the 2023/24 season has been leaked online.
Barça will head into the new campaign as champions of Spain for the first time in four years.
La Blaugrana recently released their home kit for the 2023/24 season, reverting to their classic red-and-blue stripes.
There will also be shades of their traditional colours on their third strip, as revealed by kit specialists Footy Headlines.
Barcelona’s third kit will be predominantly light blue (or ‘light aqua’ as Nike are referring to it), while it will feature distinct red-and-blue accents.
Each colour will be represented on one cuff and one arrow pointing down from the neck, while the shirt will be scatted with etchings of both woven into the fabric.
Barcelona have used several light blue and aqua kits in recent times, with this new effort echoing their away strip from their hugely successful 2010/11 season.
Footy Headlines add that Barcelona’s new third kit is likely to be launched in August or September.
Meanwhile, Barcelona’s away kit is expected to be controversial, with Nike selecting a largely white design – the colours of arch rivals Real Madrid.
However, Barça have used white for their changed strip in the past, most notably during the playing days of Johan Cruyff.
Barcelona will play the 2023/24 season away from Camp Nou due to renovations, temporarily moving into the 55,000-capacity Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys – the former home of crosstown foes Espanyol.
