Arsenal continued to hold up their side of the bargain in the Premier League title race with a 3-0 win over Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon.
There were a handful of controversial moments throughout the game but few could have any real complaints about the end result, which was sealed thanks to goals from Bukayo Saka, Leandro Trossard and Declan Rice.
Here are Arsenal’s best and worst players from the game according to 90min‘s player ratings.
Declan Rice – 9/10
Declan Rice’s 97th-minute strike was the icing on what was pretty much the perfect performance at the heart of Arsenal‘s midfield.
Playing in the advanced role given to him by Thomas Partey’s presence on the team sheet, Rice dominated in both boxes. He could have scored earlier but got his deserved reward in the dying embers anyway, having already set up Arsenal’s second goal.
Honourable mention
Kai Havertz – 8/10
There was no goal or direct assist for Kai Havertz this time around (winning a penalty doesn’t count), but the German continued his electric form with another impressive showing at the Emirates.
After being felled for Saka’s opening spot kick, Havertz routinely weaved in and out of Bournemouth’s back line, linking up with those around him and inviting everybody to join in the goal-mouth fun.
Gabriel – 5/10
Look, Gabriel has been utterly sensational this season, so we’ll do our best to brush this shaky showing under the carpet.
Dominic Solanke really took it to Gabriel in this one, and the Brazilian needed William Saliba to bail him out once or twice. A real off day for Gabriel, but watch out for the response against Manchester United next week.
