A$AP Rocky arrives in Fortnite next month, drawn in anime style and sailing alongside One Piece’s Straw Hats on a battleship of his own. In Fortnite Treasure Hunters, players can board the $.$. Rocky, hear Rocky’s new song “GRIM” from his new album out today, and take him in a boss fight set to “Helicopter.” He’ll also bring his signature style to the Fortnite Shop on November 5 with Outfits and items that draw from his Don’t Be Dumb era.
Fans can head into the high seas with the music-reactive Rocky Rugahand Outfit and suit up as Don’t Be Dumb-era A$AP with the Shirthead Flacko Outfit, complete with the Helicopter Flacko alt Style. Both Outfits come with the classic A$AP Rocky x PUMA Suede ’94 footwear, designed by Rocky himself and inspired by 90s hip-hop and skate culture. Players can also try out the soon-to-be-released A$AP Rocky x PUMA Straycat footwear as an alternative.
Fans can dance like A$AP on tour with the Helicopter and RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n) Emotes and sound off with the “RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n),” “Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye 2 (LPFJ2),” and “GRIM” Jam Tracks. Finally, there’s also the A$AP Rockets and Hi-Fi Jets Back Blings, A$AP’s Gauntlets Pickaxe, Rocky’s BOOM Mic, the Message From Flacko Wrap, and Flacko’s Choppa Glider.
The mini-season launches on November 1, and players will be able to purchase One Piece characters like Luffy, Nami, and Usopp, in addition to A$AP Rocky. More collaborations will be rolling out throughout the month, including Lil Uzi Vert on November 12 and Cap’n Hatsune Miku on November 14.
The Fortnite mini season Battle Pass also features new anime looks for several characters, and players who gift the pass to a friend will both receive a bonus Dark Kawaii Team Leader Outfit. The whole thing kicks off on November 1, with new captains and their crews arriving throughout the pirate-themed mini season, building toward the Chapter 7 end event on December 5.
