Afghans mark five years of Taliban rule

Afghans have gathered in Kabul to mark five years since the Taliban returned to power, with women mostly absent from public ceremonies. Afghanistan remains diplomatically isolated, humanitarian needs are growing and women are increasingly excluded from public life.
