MoonPay X Games League announces headliners Kaskade, Mustard, and Subtronics for its summer debut in Sacramento from June 26-28.
Today, X Games has announced electronic music icon Kaskade, producer and artist Mustard, and electronic producer and DJ Subtronics as the official music headliners for MoonPay X Games Sacramento 2025. Kaskade will take the stage Friday night, with Mustard and Subtronics co-headlining Saturday night, bringing high-octane electronic musical performances to complement three days of elite action sports competition from June 26-28 at Cal Expo.
Fans can head to the X Games official website to purchase premium, 3-day, single-day, and X-Fest or music-only tickets, with limited availability. Tickets are on sale now, and prices will increase as inventory moves.
Sacramento will host a full-scale X-Fest festival village, fusing action sports, music, and culture into a single immersive experience. X Games is uniquely positioned as the only professional sports league worldwide with a truly co-equal music identity, where music headliners are not just part of the lineup but central to the event’s aesthetic. Their addition reinforces X Games’ identity beyond action sports competition into a cultural platform set on delivering festival-caliber experiences sitting at the intersection of sports and music.
“Music has always been a core part of X Games culture, and announcing Kaskade, Mustard, and Subtronics as our Sacramento headliners is a huge moment for this event,” said Jeremy Bloom, CEO of X Games. “They bring incredible energy and global appeal that matches the intensity of our athletes and the scale of what we’re building with the MoonPay X Games League.”
“I’ve been coming to X Games for years and it’s always felt like home,” said Kaskade. “I grew up on a skateboard and still get out there occasionally. I always have fun, but I spend more time hitting the pavement than landing stuff. That’s usually when I remember why I went into music. Headlining Sacramento is the best seat in the house—this is my podium finish. Let’s get it, X Games!”
“We all grew up watching the X Games and trying to do the tricks as kids,” Mustard added. “Never thought I’d be able to see it live and actually be part of the show. Looking forward to being there.”
“When I was nine, my dad took me to the X Games at City Hall in Philadelphia, and it was the best day of my life,” Subtronics concluded. “I’ve always been a huge fan of skateboarding, so getting to be part of this now feels surreal. Honestly, it might be one of the coolest moments of my career so far. I can’t fully put into words how excited I am!”
MoonPay X Games Sacramento 2026 will feature more than 100 of the world’s top skateboard, BMX, and Moto X athletes competing across 18 medal events, alongside nightly concerts and immersive fan experiences. Additionally, superstar Nyjah Huston will DJ at the official kick-off party, a private event for the community.
