As a leading actress, a wife and a mother to four daughters, Gal Gadot’s schedule is nothing short of packed. How does she do it all—and then some? This week at the Academy Women’s Luncheon sponsored by Chanel in Los Angeles, we spoke to the Israeli actress, who plays the Evil Queen in the upcoming Disney Snow White remake, about a few of her favorite things that help fuel her success.
Gadot credits both her loving husband (producer Jaron Varsano) and the strong women around her as the backbone of her success as a working woman in film, which tied in perfectly to the theme of the afternoon. “There’s something about woman energy that I absolutely love, and to have lunch and talk about women, empowerment and supporting women in film is something that I enjoy doing very much,” she says of the event, which also included stars such as Selena Gomez, Pamela Anderson and Amy Adams. “It was so delightful with a great group of women that are all so talented, very smart and their heart is in the right place—you know they all are in it for the sisterhood.”
We spoke to the star afterward about all of the things that help fuel her success on a daily basis, from her essentials when she’s on set to the one product she doesn’t leave home without as a mom of four. Below, shop Gal Gadot’s current essentials.

One Item She Always Has By Her Side As A Working Woman

[Being on set] means many long hours and oftentimes means leaving before sunrise and coming home after the sunset, so making sure that the back office, a.k.a. home, is being operated the right way is something that is very important to me and gives me a sense of calmness.”
